Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed, please allow a short processing period before shipment. Processing times may be longer during launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods.

SukiCaps currently offers shipping within Canada and to select international destinations, including the United States, where available at checkout.
Canada Shipping
For orders within Canada, shipping options are available at checkout based on your order total and selected delivery method.
Canadian customers qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping is at a fixed cost of an additional $19.99.
Estimated standard delivery within Canada is typically 3–9 business days, depending on location and carrier delays.
United States Shipping
For U.S. orders, shipping options are calculated at checkout based on package weight and selected shipping method.
U.S. customers may qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. SukiCaps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at support@sukicaps.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, SukiCaps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
